Dear Tutors,

According to 申 訴 專 員 公 署, there are 7 schools for Social Development in HK.

One is a primary school; six are secondary schools.

I am proud to say that, among the six secondary schools,
a) we provide direct service to students in 3 of them.
b) We provide service to students in two hostels associated with 2 of them
c) For the remaining (sixth)one, we shall contact the school to provide service when we have available tutors after March 2012.

I can assure you that all students assigned to us are well-behaved that worth our care.

Grateful if you will kindly offer your service so that we can start service to the remaining school without delay.

黎 年 ： 有 情 緒 問 題 學 生 輪 候 入 學 須 時 9 個 月

申 訴 專 員 公 署 批 評 為 中 度 至 嚴 重 情 緒 及 行 為 問 題 學 生 ， 提 供 的 學 額 及 輪 候 時 間 不 理 想 ， 即 使 學 額 已 增 至 近 660 個 ， 現 時 每 月 仍 然 有 平 均 超 過 100 人 輪 候 。

申 訴 專 員 黎 年 指 出 ， 有 個 案 輪 候 時 間 長 達 9 個 月 至 1 年 不 等 ， 其 中 以 中 一 及 中 二 的 學 位 明 顯 出 現 短 缺 。

公 署 為 提 供 特 殊 服 務 的 七 間 群 育 學 校 學 位 及 宿 位 情 況 ， 主 動 發 表 調 查 報 告 。

公 署 建 議 教 育 局 及 社 署 即 時 通 報 需 要 轉 介 的 學 生 資 料 ， 設 立 監 察 機 制 ， 匯 報 空 缺 ， 方 便 作 出 填 補 ， 又 希 望 當 局 及 學 校 在 處 理 個 案 時 提 高 彈 性 。
